Begin your care journey through our secure Headway portal. Headway is used to schedule appointments, complete intake paperwork, verify insurance, and request services with MindCraft Psychiatry.

Through the Headway portal, you may:

• Request a new patient appointment
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Complete intake forms and consent documents
• Schedule telehealth visits
• Manage upcoming appointments and paperwork

Please use the Headway portal if you are seeking ongoing psychiatric care, medication management, or an initial consultation.

If you are requesting a VA nexus letter or other documentation service only, please complete payment through the Payments page first. After payment is received, you will be invited to our secure Spruce portal to upload your records and communicate with our office.
