The Spruce portal is a HIPAA-compliant messaging platform used for all secure communication. Through the portal, you may:

• Send secure messages directly to our office
• Upload medical records, VA records, DD214s, prior evaluations, and forms
• Receive completed nexus letters and other paperwork
• Submit questions regarding appointments, documentation, or treatment
• Share forms for workplace accommodations, disability, school, or service animal requests

Please do not send medical information through regular email or text message.
